What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment?

- We ask for a clear path of plants, figurines, end tables, etc.to the location of where the item being delivered is to be placed. - All pets be secured or placed into a room or cage out of the way. - During the winter months, we ask that path to the door of entry into the house is clear of snow and ice. For safety reasons, we reserve our field staff to delay a delivery to another day if this is no adequately done. - Someone 18 or older present for delivery and entire install (if applicable.)

What can I expect when you arrive for the appointment?

- The delivery driver/installer will knock on the door and verify they have reached the correct address. - Personnel will then ask where item is to be located. - Curb Side - delivery will performed - Installation - Personnel will complete a walk through of the house to wherever location of item to be installed. This step is completed to analyze for any safety concerns or other concerns that could cause interruption to the the delivery/installation process.
